I'm gonna put out an unlikly name. I think ya boy Ne-Yo has been puttin in some real work. This man went from being an unknown writer to one of the top R&B names of the year to now doing collabs and business moves with ppl like Jadakiss, Nas, and Executive Produced the Chrisette Michelle album. I think this young playa is on the rise.

I also think Jim Jones has been making a strong name for himself amist the whole Dipset uncertainty. You can't go anywhere and not see his face or something he's involved in being talked about in the magazines. I'm not a big fan of the Dips but I do respect their hustle and the family-like atmosphere they built their business from. I think Jim is reaping the benifits of that.
