Things have just rotated back around. You have to go back to actually looking throw the crates for what you want these days. There's no "Man" out there preventing good music from hitting the TVs and airwaves. Just listeners with blinders on who only want to hear what they want to hear. When we as listeners start spending more money on the stuff that makes us think more than the stuff that just makes us dance then everything else will fall in line but don't ever underestimate the power of a good dance track. Sometimes that's what you want to hear when you're feeling your worst.

Till then keep dropping real music. If there's an audience for it, you'll find it. We'll be there to help.

What i've learned is that plenty of people use music as an escape from reality. Half the world don't keep it 100 with themselves, so their taste in entertainment would be just more outlets than from what they need to hear, people want to hear uplifting, upbeat, up tempo to keep their spirits up, even r&b only gets good play when its about yourself being a victim, rather than the culprit. Owning up to your situations definitely does not happen much these days, with the new generations and how our generation messed up a lot of upbringings. So whatever hook, beat, dance step, or garbage that can deter them from what's really goin on..is gon make some kinda chart. .Guess u with the rest of the 5% population that can own up to it. But keep grindin, it's a recession in hip hop, but tha community is still here, give it some time and hang in there, it'll come back.
